AS KredEx Krediidikindlustus is an insurance company set up jointly by the KredEx Foundation and the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications in 2009, which aims to help Estonian companies hedge credit risks related to both exports and domestic sales.
Our mission is to increase the competitiveness and export potential of Estonian companies by providing credit risk mitigation services.
We help Estonian companies to increase their awareness of credit management, improve their financial stability through the insurance service and contribute to the development of international trade relations and financing opportunities.
AS Kredex Krediidikindlustus is member of Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Estonian Insurance Association, Corporate Social Responsibilty Forum and international association for the export credit and investment insurance Industry Berne Union. We take part of Exports Credit Group set up by European Council and OECD.

Composition of the Supervisory Board and the remuneration paid to its members
Audit committee
It is the task of the audit committee to advise the Supervisory Board concerning questions related to the carrying out of supervision, including the organisation of accounting, performance of an external audit, functioning of the internal control system, management of financial risks and the supervision of the legality of activities, as well as the preparation of the budget and the approval of the annual report.
The financial auditor for 2020 – 2023 is KPMG Baltics OÜ.
