While offering credit insurance for export transactions, KredEx Krediidikindlustus follows the aims of environmental protection. Among other things KredEx Krediidikindlustus considers that one of the goals set for the climate law that is currently under elaboration in the Republic of Estonia, is that public sector will quit using fossil fuels in the year 2040, except in areas where there are no technological alternatives. KredEx Krediidikindlustus will quit by that time offering credit insurance for projects or transactions based on usage of fossil fuels.
